How Goedhart Patisserie grows through internal training
At Bakker Goedhart, we do important work and, of course, we want to do that as well as possible. That's why we (also) invest in internal training. Mike has taken up the role of a driving equipment instructor at Goedhart Patisserie. He got his instructor papers and is now providing training courses in Panningen, Sevenum and Kerkrade. These courses are not only aimed at speed and efficiency, but also on increasing safety awareness in the workplace.

Mike in the role of internal instructor
The role of instructor meant a great development opportunity for Mike. He successfully completed an extensive instructor course. This course consisted of the basic didactic module, basic safety and practical instruction for forklifts and reach trucks. This means that he is authorized to provide training at three Bakker Goedhart locations.
