Leon Sijbers - Process Operator Patisserie
If anyone knows how the pastry bakery in Sevenum has changed over the years, it's Leon Sijbers. Trained as a baker, he started working at the bakery as a temp in March 1997. He's been working there for almost three decades now, currently as a Process Operator 3. And he still enjoys it immensely.
